Citation Latitude Gets Longer Legs

Cessna Aircraft announced on Thursday that the range of its new midsize Citation Latitude is being extended to 2,300 nm. “The additional range is the result of refinement from wind-tunnel testing and other analysis,” a company spokeswoman told AIN. The payload will remain unchanged, she said. Cessna has not yet made the aircraft weights public. The 10-seat Latitude was launched in October at the NBAA Convention and features Garmin G5000 avionics.
