Need some help from the Flight Crew Finder team ? 

We have a number of options to help you.

FAQ - check through the FAQ section and see if anyone else has had the same question. We will be expanding our FAQs as we progress and we would like to hear from you, if you are having problems.

Contact Form - if you can't find what you are looking for in the FAQs please feel free to contact us through the Contact form and give us a brief description of your problem.  Alternatively, if your need technical help please submit our technical help form. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Subscription Help:

    1.    Log in to your paypal account.
    2.    Click on ‘Profile’ near the top of the page.
    3.    Click ‘Recurring payments’ in the Financial Information column.

To cancel the subscription:

    1.    Click the ‘View details’ link of the relevant subscription.
    2.    Click 'Cancel’ near the top of the page in the Profile information section.

Cancelling a Subscription on the day of a scheduled payment will not guarantee the payment won’t be sent. You can only cancel a subscription that is 'Active' and ‘recurring’.

To cancel your subscriptions to posts, go to "My Account" and under the "subscriptions" tab you can unselect the subscriptions you have made.
