Did you hear that the TSA (Thousands Standing Around) made a disabled boy take off his leg braces? Do you feel safe knowing these guy are checking your travel clearance?

On the other hand I had a pleasant experience (shock horror) with Immigration in Miami last week. Flying from the Turks & Caicos to New York we called in at Miami to clear Customs and Immigration. No fuss, efficient, polite and even an explanation as to why our passengers couldn't enter under the visa waiver programme.

I was shocked to be honest.
