Another week goes by, and this was a very interesting poll with three pretty close results:

One less cabin crew member on a legacy airline flight
- will seriously reduce the quality of service 27%
- will have little or no effect 17%
- is a reasonable cost cutting measure 23%
- will have an effect that other crew can cover for 33%

judging by this weeks poll results (see below), the use of English on the PA announcements is generally considered to be important:
