Cabin Crew Strike Back - Right or Wrong

It looks like the TSA isn't just concerned with pat-downs and scanners.

"Transformers" actor Josh Duhamel was apparently kicked off of a plane for refusing to turn off his BlackBerry after being told to three times. According to People magazine, the plane was already on the runway when staff decided he needed to be ejected, so they turned around.

Talk about strict security.

The Los Angeles Times reports that a flight attendant decided something had to be done after Duhamel rudely laughed off her third request. TMZ reports that passengers were very upset by Duhamel's refusal, since it further delayed their flight. They said he acted "very rude" toward the airplane staff and was at one point "taunting the attendant."

Representatives for the actor confirmed with People that the event did occur, and that "he's sorry."

Let this be a lesson to all of us: When the flight attendant politely asks you to stop playing Angry Birds and turn off your cellphone, they aren't kidding.
