We are just in the process of putting the newsletter together and we have a topic about interviews. It reminded me off all the tough interview questions that we've had in the past....here's a few for starters Tell me about a time you made a bad decision Give me three negative characteristics - followed with how would your spouse answer the same question What do you look for in management What would you do if you had to work with someone you didn't like What is the most difficult decision you have ever had to make How would you resolve a conflict with your colleagues - any more out there???

I always used to love asking that one.

I was a new copilot and just coming onto the ILS in Geneva and feeling smug as I had it nailed then the training captain said, 'It's not as bad as it looks'.
I was totally freaked out as I thought I had forgotten something. In fact it was just the training captain playing with my head.
