You'd think it would be easy, wouldn't you? Take one vacancy, move some of the very experienced cabin crew into close proximity and see which one fits. But no, that's too simple.

Nothing in particular. Just getting frustrated at what should be a fairly simple task. I say "Must have minimum five years corporate experience, two years corporate acceptable if in a controlled/trained environment with three years prior experience first/business class" and do people pay attention? Do they eckerslike. Applications from ex-Ryanair and easyJet with six months freelance (ie, 'making-it-up-as-they-go-along'). I'm all for ambition but bloody hell.
