Union Poll - Unions are bad
I saw in the facebook that FCF are interested in unions. I think that unions are bad as they are just helping the senior peoples in the airlines. They go on strikes all the times and try to make the senior capts rich.

I think unions have protected the rights of the workers for hundreds of years, making work places safe, stopping bullying, stopping exploitation and improving pay and conditions.
However, there has come a trend of unions to be focused on industrial action and increasing pay irrespective of the financial health of the company.
Unions seem to be striking
Unions seem to be striking and often failing to look for a negotiated solution. I would never join a union that allowed striking, I will never go on strike. End of!
