Cadet Pilot Scheme - Flybe

I noticed that Flybe and Oxford have announced there cadet pilot scheme, click the link to have a look.  Is this something that people think is worthwhile?

I am encouraged with the fact that Flybe are thinking about the future and spending time and money investing in the next generation of pilots.
