As a pilot who spend plenty of time in Russia the meters/feet conversion is a feature I have used just to confirm that I am requesting the right flight level. A great feature is the QNH calculator that will give you a QNH from the QFe and it gives you the 600m altitude for a missed approach.
I feel it is an App that has been written by a pilot for pilots and it is the App I use most on my iPhone!"
