Bombardier CRJ200
The Bombardier CRJ 200 is the second smallest of the manufacturers family of regional jets.
The aircraft is designed to carry 50 passengers in a 4 a-breast configuration. There are two different variants of the design, the Extended Range (ER) and Long Range (LR) models. The LR has a larger take-off weight of 53 000 lbs compared with 51 000lbs of the ER variant. Maximum cruise speed is 0.81M at altitudes up to 41 000ft. The LR aircraft has a range of 1700nm.
The CRJ 200 is powered by two twin spool General Electric CF34-3B1 turbofan engines, each rated at 8720 lbs of thrust.
