Richard, flies for one of the world's largest aircraft operators and has read thousands of CVs over the years, interviewed countless pilots and cabin crew and sat though very many simulator evaluations. The technical side of the company is Karen's domain. Karen is a web developer and she has put this site together under the umbrella of her company Ice Shadow Studio.
